R&D Control and Instrumentation Practical Engineer

In this role, you will:​

  • Be part of a first-of-its-kind project in the food-tech industry.

  • Assembly, Integration and Operation of unique multidisciplinary systems.

  • Hands-On work and troubleshooting.

  • Planning and executing experiments, presenting the findings, and documenting reports.

  • Field installation and production line support.

  • R&D of new systems and problem solving in existing systems in collaboration with suppliers and service providers.

  • Perform prototyping, installations, configuration, and validation.

  • Performing efficiency, optimization, and cost reduction processes.

  • Performing training and instruction on the company's systems.

 

So, if you have:

  • Practical Engineer in the field of Electronics, Mechatronics or Control and Instrumentation.

  • Two years of proven experience in electromechanical assembly or integration.

  • Experience in customer support, final tests, integration, or software testing for multidisciplinary systems.

  • Familiarity with industrial automation and controllers - a significant advantage.

  • Preference for those who complete any PLC / SCADA / HMI programming course or have experience, knowledge or skills in industrial automation.

  • Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills – a must.

  • Knowledge in the transfer process from R&D to production – an advantage

  • Skilled in operation of a mechanical workshop.

  • Certified electrician – a big advantage.

  • Familiarity with Bio-Tech industry – an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Independent and self-motivated in a multi-task environment.

  • Patient, open minded and innovative Team player

  • ‘Can-Do’ attitude, and ready to take tasks beyond his responsibility for success.

  • Fluent English – must
