Ben has over 30 years of experience turning startups into global enterprises. He excels in strategy, sales, fundraising, and M&A, with expertise in RCV, VR, B2B, and logistics. Recognized for innovation in Industry 4.0, IoT, and big data, Ben won the Israeli COS’s Startup of the Year award and achieved its fastest exit in history. In the U.S., he received the IIPSEC Awards and Technology of the Year from Israel Post. Ben is known for agile strategy, trend prediction, and optimizing risk-reward.
Avi Levin has experience in IPOs and follow-ons on Nasdaq and TASE as both an investment banker and CFO. He has M&A experience, including reviewing potential acquisitions and post-acquisition integration. As CFO, Avi has overseen global finance teams, led multinational legal teams, and collaborated with investment bankers, auditors, and PR teams. He holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from NYU Stern. Avi is a licensed CPA in the U.S. and Israel.
Amit Levin is an experienced executive with over 20 years of leadership in operations management, strategic business growth, and development. He holds a BSc in business management and an MBA from Ruppin Academic Center. Amit brings collaborative leadership and a results-oriented approach from his experience in the semiconductor and lab-grown diamond industries, both in Israel and the United States.
Katya holds an MBA in Finance and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, accumulating over 18 years of experience in leading research and development of complex multidisciplinary systems. She has served in multiple senior R&D Management roles, as well as Development and Systems Engineering positions across various industries and domains. Her career includes significant roles such as VP R&D at Scoutcam, CEO of Nitinotes, System Engineer at Nano Dimension, and R&D engineer, project manager, and team leader at Medigus and Medinol. Katrin's expertise encompasses medical device product design and management, regulatory affairs, high-tech sectors, and Industry 4.0 domains.
Dvir Gerstein is a seasoned Financial Officer with extensive experience in global industrial companies, leading finance organizations. He has a strong background in financial, business, and operational activities, emphasizing strategic thinking, leadership, and high-growth enterprises. For the past 10 years, Dvir has been with Hazera Seeds Ltd., part of Limagrain group. He holds a BSc in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University and an MA in accounting from Bar-Ilan University.
Gal Milshtein has over 30 years of experience in the industry, leading R&D of complex multidisciplinary systems. His career includes various roles such as VP of Engineering at Nanofabrica, where he played a key role in its acquisition by NanoDimension. Previously, he was responsible for re-founding the Orisol R&D Center in Israel, leading the development of a complex automated system from concept through R&D to mass production. This system generates revenue and provides employment to approximately 100 people worldwide.
Anat has a proven track record of over 25 years in business development and marketing, bringing strong interpersonal skills and result oriented with a vast experience in up scaling start-up companies, specializing in empowering organization and maintaining unique DNA culture.
Efrat has a Ph.D. in Physics from the Department of Physics of Complex Systems, Weizmann Institute, Israel. The focus of her academic research was biological systems, among them, she developed a stochastic model for algae photosynthesis in bioreactors. Her experience in indoor farming includes leading a multidisciplinary development of a full end-to-end solution for a control system for large-scale distributed farming that will allow data-driven research, including hardware integration, software development, and the design of the architecture of the data processing
Matan brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurship running businesses in the hospitality and culinary industry, helping major food and retail companies create new customer experiences. Matan holistic view of the customer experience is instrumental in shaping successful customer journeys.

Until recently, Mr. Fogel was the Chairman of ZIM, and previously a Chairman of IDB, Migdal Insurance & Financial Holdings Ltd., Hadassah Medical Center, and Ness Technologies, Inc., and was a founding partner of JVP Mr. Fogel was the Director General at the Israel Ministry of Finance and the Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Bank of Israel.
Dan is a co-founder and managing partner at Unovis Asset Management, a global investment firm that is at the forefront of developing alternatives to animal protein products. Unovis is committed to investing in plant-based and cultured meat replacements, and they offer their extensive culinary knowledge, understanding of consumer habits, experience in food manufacturing, and a global network to support founders. Unovis has made investments in over 50 startups worldwide, including regions such as the US, Europe, Israel, China, Indonesia, India, New Zealand, and Mexico.
Nurit serves on boards and as a chairperson in a variety of companies. Her past leadership roles include the CEO of an Investment company, VP of BD, and manager of PWC Israel consultancy. Graduated from Harvard Business School Executive Education and awarded her Ph.D. in Strategy at TA University. An affiliated researcher at Jonkoping international business school, Sweden, and teaches strategy at TA University.
Amit has over 25 years of experience as a CFO in the food industry (Yachin, Shean Regional Collective Enterprises), and the high-tech industry (E.C.I, Intel Group), including the activity of production and sales in Canada, China, and Europe. Amit is an independent director at Solair Renewable Energy Ltd. (a public company in the field of renewable energy) and a director at the Tamir Packages Recycling Corporation (a corporation that is led by the largest food and retail companies in Israel).
