Process Team Leader

Job definition & responsibilities

  • Lead process team, provide mentorship, planning and execution

  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment involving biology, physics, mechanics, electronics, automation, SW, and algorithms

  • Responsible for modules and systems characterization, specification, integration, and validation.

    The scope of responsibility includes:

  • Defining and writing system level requirements 

  • Working together with the development team during the design phase

  • Integrating and validating system performances 

  • Documentation and training

Requirements

  • M.Sc. in Physics, Biophysics from a known university

  • 3 years of proven experience in a multi-disciplinary environment as system engineer or physicist 

  • Excellent analytical skills and system-oriented thinking 

  • Hands on and good technical orientation

  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, extremely resourceful, independent, and self-motivated

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline 

  • An excellent oral and presentation skills

  • Fluent English (reading and writing skills)

  • Personal Skills: High motivation, curiosity, innovation, and proactivity, multitasking and details oriented.
